After you have submitted your abstract you will receive an automatic confirmation. Once the deadline for submission (March 15th EXTENDED to MARCH 22nd) has passed, the abstract will be reviewed for scientific merit and content. Notices of decisions made on acceptance, acceptance after revision or rejection of an abstract, and the type of presentation and/or program session will be sent out via e-mail with a link to access your abstract when needed. Some abstracts may be selected for poster presentations, since the number of available oral presentation slots per session will be limited. Submission of an abstract does not ensure its acceptance for presentation.
