ISWE's Trainee Affairs Committee (TAC) is once again selling conference t-shirts to help fundraise for student travel to conferences! Please note, conference t-shirts are only available for in-person conference pick up. See below for additional help or please reach out to tac.iswe@gmail.com for any questions or issues.

Conference T-shirt FAQs

Q:Can I still get a t-shirt if I am attending virtually? 

At this time we are only making t-shirts available for in-person pickup. Have a friend going to the conference? Reach out and have them pick up a t-shirt for you! 

Q: How much does a t-shirt cost? 

T-shirts are $30, with 100% of the proceeds going to the TAC Travel Fund. At ISWE8 in India, the TAC was able to raise close to $1,000 on t-shirt sales alone! 

Q: When do t-shirt sales close? 

The last day to order t-shirts online will be September 25th, 2025. However, we will try and have extras in person for sale.

Q: Is there a limit to how many t-shirts I can order? 

Nope! Our conference t-shirts make great birthday and holiday gifts :)

Q: When will I pickup my t-shirt?

Information about t-shirt pickup will be released closer to the conference date.

Q: What if I bought a t-shirt and now am unable to attend in person?

We are sorry to hear you cannot make it! Although there are no refunds issued on t-shirts purchased, we will do our best to get the t-shirt to you. Please reach out to tac.iswe@gmail.com for help.
