Join us for a Special Wolf Howl at the Endangered Wolf Center

On Thursday November 6, experience a 'Wolf Howl' at the Endangered Wolf Center (https://www.endangeredwolfcenter.org/) from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.

Participants will learn about canid biology and the Endangered Wolf Center’s conservation work, and then follow EWC staff on a half mile walk (round trip) to an area near the wolf habitats, where staff will attempt to get the wolves to howl.

Abstract Submissions have now CLOSED.

All presentations are expected to be delivered in person. 

Presenting authors should now have received notification of abstract decisions. Please contact us at admin@iswe-endo.org if you have any questions relating to presentations.

Although we understand that sometimes circumstances prevent conference attendance at short notice, as a small non-for-profit organization, we must recoup costs associated with hosting our conferences. We therefore cannot offer refunds on conference registration cancellation within 30 days of the start of ISWE9, but participants will have their registration changed to virtual attendance. Cancellation prior to this date is possible as outlined below but refunds are subject to either transfer to a virtual registration or payment of a 20% administration fee.

• Cancellations before 31^st August 2025: full refund, minus virtual attendance or 20% admin fee
• Cancellations between 1^st September and 3^rd October 2025: eligible for a 50% refund, minus virtual attendance or 20% admin fee
• Cancellations on or after 4^th October 2025: Not eligible for a refund, only transfer to virtual attendance.

Important: If you must cancel your registration, please contact the conference organizers by email at admin@iswe-endo.org and indicate if you would like to change your registration from in-person to virtual. Please note your cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation by email.

Please note - if a participant withdraws from the program after an abstract has been accepted, they will be expected to honor this commitment and provide a recording of their presentation.
